Who is Arleen Smith?

Arleen Smith, RN BSN, is the founder and host of the Healing the Hearts of Healthcare Podcast, Nurse Educator, Public Speaker, and formerly a front-line Registered Nurse.

Smith has over 30 years of experience in the field of healthcare, with half of that time spent working the front lines as a Registered Nurse.

What is Healing the Hearts?

Arleen Smith worked the front-lines of the COVID-19 Pandemic as a Registered Nurse, and witnessed firsthand the mental, physical, and emotional toll it took on healthcare workers across the board.

Healing the Hearts of Healthcare was created to reignite the spark for caregiving that each and every burned out caregiver once had pre-COVID.
